Your first visit starts with a full movement assessment — not just a look at your knee in isolation. Dr. Brian Trautman evaluates how your entire kinetic chain moves, identifies what's actually driving your pain, and builds a plan from there.

Treatment typically combines:

  • Chiropractic care to restore joint mobility in the knee, hip, and lumbar spine

  • Active Release Technique (ART) to break down scar tissue and adhesions in the surrounding soft tissue

  • Dry needling to reduce muscular tension in the quads, IT band, and hip complex

  • Rehab & loading strategies so you can return to running, lifting, and training — and stay there
